The VOICES project starts on March 1, 2024. The project, with the full title “Voices from the Periphery: (De-)Constructing and Contesting Public Narratives about Post-Industrial Marginalisation”, is funded by DFG and AHRC as part of the UK-German Funding Initiative in the Humanities with approximately 1.2 million euros over a period of 36 months.
The first storytelling cafés will start in Lauchhammer in early September 2024. If you are interested in participating, please contact us.
The VOICES project team will be present at the 10th European Communication Conference ECREA in Ljubljana from September 24-27 with a contribution on “Peripheral voices: (De-)constructing narratives of marginalisation in post-industrial regions”.
